The name says it all - luxury. You may get lots of other stuff with your luxury, but the luxury has to be there if you are shopping in this category. Mind you, that other stuff is nothing to sneeze at - above average performance and room, four-doors, elegant looks, gizmos galore, and the not so subtle social statement that you can afford one of these rides, which sticker in the $40,000 to $70,000 range.
