Taxi! The launch of Green Fleets BC, which recognizes the Victoria companies that showed leadership in greening their fleets. Jatinder Parhar (center), an owner/operator at Yellow Cabs, was one of the city’s first “hybrid” cabbies. After his 2001 Prius hit 410,000 km, Toyota came calling and offered to buy it back (presumably for research).
